I really think this is a “Much Ado About Nothing”? I am sure it is just a bad picture - what do you think?

EVERYONE
male, female, slim, big…
we all get cellulite and ITS NORMAL!
Its the layer of skin that you need or whatever…
its jst kinda good for you.

It may not look good, but lifes too short maannnn!
Though to have less visible, apparently massaging
and Exercise do the thaaanggggggg =]

First off, how do we know this is Hayden Panettiere? Next, it may be that she was just sitting on something with a bumpy texture, like a car seat, prior to the picture being taken. Lastly, that looks like fluorescent light she is under, so it will make unnatural-looking shadows. Therefore, due to these factors as well as this being a poor-quality photo, the observation is made unconvincing.

I don’t think this picture shows much at all. There are far more obvious cases of celebrity cellulite. By the way Chim, we do not all have cellulite.
