O.J Simpson and his plead not guilty to twelve charges stemming from a September memorabilia heist in Las Vegas.

Defense attorneys were unable to get any of the charges dropped during a preliminary hearing — especially the kidnapping charge — which could bring a life sentence with the possibility of parole.

The trial is set for April 7, 2008.
