Paris Hilton launching her new fragrance "Can Can" in London today at Selfridges cause it "Can’t Can’t" sell in the US. Her dress looks like someone wrapped her in gauze and the hat well it looks like a bird nest sitting on her head. Once again Paris shows us how not to dress!
