Apparently Kate Hudson is being sued by a Los Angeles cosmetics company claiming she stole their trade secrets for her WildAid line of hair products. The complaint filed by 220 Laboratories, and obtained by E! Online, accuses Hudson and her partner, David Babaii, of fraud and breach of contract. But a rep for Hudson said, "Kate does not know the plaintiffs and has never met with them or spoken with them . . . The claims are baseless."   Source
