Charlie Sheen the highest-paid actor in TV as previously reported spent Christmas in the slammer. Sheen, who earns approx $800,000 an episode for his role in the sitcom Two And A Half Men, had flown to an Aspen ski resort to be with his wife Brooke Mueller and their twin nine-month-old sons Bob and Max when the domestic violence incident occured.
Now Radaronline.com is reporting that since the incident at the Sheen home Charlie’s wife Brooke has gotten a restraining order against Charlie. The order was issued by the judge who heard the case which allowed him to post bond. The conditions of his release were: no contact with the victim, the victim’s family or any witnesses; no harassing or intimidation of the victim; no entry to the family residence until further order of the court; no consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs; and no possession of guns or other weapons.
Apparently Charlie and Brooke’s marriage is dunzo and Brooke was in Aspen to get away from Charlie. Consequently, Brooke is happy with the restraining order and is going to file for divorce from Charlie. Brooke has a pre-nup agreement with Charlie. Photo: Fame Pictures
