Bristol Palin19, & Levi Johnston 20, the star crossed lovers who damaged mommy dearest Sarah Palin’s political career by getting pregnant during Sarah’s campaign are getting married. After months of fighting and Levi posing for Playboy the couple have decided they want to walk down the aisle. Funny thing is Mommy Sarah is finding out about it by reading US magazine LMAO. Nothing like being a good daughter and selling the story to the media before you let your mom know.
Bristol told the magazine "We got engaged two weeks ago, It felt right, even though we don’t have the approval of our parents."
It is hard to imagine Sarah accepting the couple anytime soon. I am sure she will not forget anytime soon that Levi announced to the press that Sarah called her son Tripp who suffers from down syndrome "retarded".
The Palins released a statement on the Today show Wednesday morning:
"Bristol at 19 is now a young adult. We obviously want what’s best for our children. Bristol believes in redemption and forgiveness to a degree most of us struggle to put in practice in our daily lives."
