Mel Gibson had to face his accuser yesterday – at least after a fashion. Oksana Grigorieva helped guide her lawyers’ questioning of Mel during the videotaped session. Mel kept his cool and plead the 5th amendment several times to allow him to avoid answering questions about domestic violence since those charges are still pending separate criminal investigation – this deposition relates to Oksana’s attempt to bar Mel as unfit for parenting their daughter Lucia.
“Mel never lost his cool but did become annoyed from time to time. Mel asserted his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination on issues related to the domestic violence investigation. And sources say … Oksana’s lawyers were not able to play the now-infamous tapes she secretly recorded. In a word — we’re told the deposition was “contentious.”

The famous tapes Oksana made secretly of Mel were not allowed into evidence – so I guess wife beaters everywhere breathed a sigh of relief. One thing that needs to be made clear – even though Oksana is a disgusting gold digger this does not absolve Mel of his crimes. All evidence points clearly to Mel having physically attacked Oksana more than once and we do not support a bully.
This is a case where both parties are disgusting and probably unfit parents!
