The first pieces from former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham’s new accessory line went on sale yesterday. Just one hour after the pieces hit a website for sale a $2,600 purse a two-tone shoulder bag shown above from the collection sold out. The full collection is expected to go on sale in February 2011. The purses run from $1,800 to $28,000. The collection is build around the idea of a day in Victoria’s life.
The prices of the purses are steep and certainly not targeting the every day person. I could do a lot better things with $2,600. I wonder how many of the purse that sold out they carried? One or two? Would you spend this money on a Victoria Beckham purse?
