Dawn Holland’s attorney has been told that if she submits a declaration to the District Attorney in Lindsay Lohan’s battery case stating that she’s not going to pursue it — Lindsay will be off the hook!
TMZ reports that Dawn has just submitted the declaration to the D.A.’s office. It said, “I do not desire Ms. Lohan prosecuted for the events of December 12, 2010. I will not answer any questions to any policing or prosecutorial agencies regarding the events of December 12, 2010.”
Prosecutors were going after Dawn so that they could nail Lindsay to a cross. Committing battery would obviously violate Lindsay’s probation and it would surely see her sent back to jail.
