Gabriel Aubry is sad and I think we can all agree that he could use a *hug*.
Apparently Gabriel has filed legal documents to be declared the father of his and Halle Berry’s two-year-old daughter, Nahla. So they mean to tell me that Gabriel has been dealing with this sadness (as visualized in the above photo) for an entire two years??? That is just unfair to him as a person — as a father. Again, I must suggest ways of remedying his sadness for him. Ladies, any thoughts???
Who knew that he wasn’t already on the documents as her biological father? I thought that would’ve been taken care of upon her birth, but I guess not. TMZ reports that Gabriel just wants to protect his rights as a dad and wants to be able to spend time with his daughter should things go south between himself and Halle.
Turns out … we’re told whatever differences Halle and Gabriel have … they’ve been pretty much worked out.
Our sources say the former couple has not filed for child custody, visitation or support and they don’t plan to file — they have an arrangement they worked out between the two of them and don’t feel the need to go to court.
