Kim Kardashian is probably behind the attempted purchase of her sex tape from Vivid Entertainment and its planned subsequent removal from the internet. We assume that even a fame whore like Kim doesn’t believe that being married and soon to be with child goes and hand in hand with having one’s bare ample ass on people computer screens.
According to Vivid’s CEO Steven Hirsch the ‘mystery buyer’ looking to purchase the tape will need to pay a minimum of $30,000,000 to own it.
According to TMZ Steve has made contact with the lawyer who’s representing the mystery party interested in buying the rights to the sex tape and he’s open to the possibility of a deal.
Steve said: “Based on its long term value, it looks like $30 million would be a starting point for a discussion on all of the rights.”
Steve continues: “I have no idea who is behind this offer … but If it’s Kim, I have a tremendous amount of respect for her. She has my number and can call me any time.”
I guess making and marketing a sex tape in which you are personally featured is one of those things that can be easy to regret later on… or so Kim is learning.
