Lindsay Lohan is set to be released from her court ordered house arrest today. I bet she’s smiling from ear to ear!
She’s done her required 35 days, even after a hiccup or two, and is set to be free today to leave her Venice home. She’ll have her ankle monitoring device removed from her ankle shortly and then she’ll have to sign a house arrest completion form.
Now, she can’t go all crazy — she still has to behave herself some. She still has her 480 hours of community service to perform. In addition to that, she’s still on probation for the jewelry theft charge. She also has to enroll in a shoplifters alternative class and undergo psychological counseling.
Lindsay has technically paid the price for her crime and she’s already set to have a small party with family and friends this weekend. She’ll be celebrating her release, along with her 25th birthday, which is this Saturday.
Hopefully she’ll keep herself on track to regain some movie work and keep a good public image. Will Lindsay finally wise up and realize that being drunk and/or drugged up is not the way to survive in Los Angeles?
