Matthew Fox Sued Over Attack On Bus Driver

On August 28th, Lost actor Matthew Fox tried to board a party bus in Cleveland, Ohio. After he was denied, because the bus was rented for a private function, he allegedly attacked the bus’ driver, Heather Bormann. Now, she’s taking him to court for $25,000 in damages over the attack.

Heather claims that Matthew attacked her, punching her in the breasts and the groin area. She said that he was drunk and she wouldn’t let him on board the bus, after he demanded that she take him to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

According to the documents she filed, Heather claims he attacked her “with his fists, delivering sudden and severe blows to her right breast, groin, arm and legs, inflicting severe, disabling injury.”

She went on to say that she “instinctively defended herself” and punched him in the face and the head. But, she also said that she hurt her hand and fingers in the process.

She is demanding more than $25,000 in damages for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
