The new ‘Amazing Spider-Man’ poster is finally here! It debuted today on the web (yes, that pun was SO intended) on Superhero Hype. The poster has a stylish design, which features Spider-Man, played by actor Andrew Garfield scaling two walls and casting a shadow of the iconic arachnid many spidey fans have come to associate with the superhero.
What people are finding even more interesting is the tagline located at the bottom of the poster, which reads: “The Untold Story.” Hmm, I wonder what Stan Lee could’ve possibly forgotten to tell us? While I have a hard time believing there’ll be any life-changing new spidey material in this upcoming film, directed by Mark Webb (Yes, that’s actually his last name), it is nonetheless intriguing.
The film is set to be released on July 3, the same month that “The Dark Knight Rises” will be released. The action-adventure will star Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field.
