We all know by now that Kirsten Stewart is the highest paid actress in Hollywood, but can she act? Well, according to anti-fans of Twilight, Kirsten’s acting ability is on par with a sloth, sitting in a tree, with a Botox injected face.
We have all seen the memes on the internet about Kirsten Stewart’s horrible facial expressions and her ingenue hysterics. There’s a specific scene in one of the Twilight films where she does just that, writhing on a chair and pulling her hair like a meth teen addict suffering from withdrawal, while the seasons of the year slip past her window like some weird hallucinatory LSD trip.
Moviefone’s Sandie Angulo-Chen said, “On the plus side, portraying Bella Swan has brought Kristen Stewart fame, fortune and a (frighteningly) dedicated fan base who thinks she can do nothing wrong. On the other hand, there are pockets of film-lovers who can’t stand the ‘Twilight’ films or think Stewart is nothing more than a doe-eyed ingénue.”
At the lack of a better description, we think Kirsten is the epitome of mental retardation when it comes to her acting abilities. Her mumbling of lines and hysterical attraction to the vampire and the werewolf makes her sound like Gary Busey trying to munch down (and make love to) a Big Mac at a rehab clinic.
Kirsten’s portrayal of Bella Swan, the love struck teenager caught up in a love triangle between a werewolf and a vampire, has earned her two Razzie nominations which is equal to, “The worst acting in the world. Ever.” She joins a smattering of terrible actors who starred in equally terrible films, like Sylvester Stallone and Halle Berry; who donned a cat suit for Catwoman which made audiences rip out their own eyes, the world over.
Who knew a Jehovah’s Witness will deliver novels which have been described as “falling asleep on your keyboard and waking up the next morning, with all the Twilight novels written”. The only salvation from the horror would be to punch Kirsten Stewart in the head and let her fall on a keyboard. Maybe she’ll be able to reboot the franchise and save us from the Twi-Heart Apocalypse.
