Kate Middleton and Kim Kardashian might be set to be pregnant at the same time – again. I’m sure Kate would do anything not to be associated with Kim freaking Kardashian, but unfortunately, she and Kim occupy the same place in media history now. Kim and Kate shared their pregnancy the first time around, and it looks like they might do it again. Surprising? Not so much, when you consider that Kate has been pressured to produce the ‘spare’ heir, and Kim probably feels the need to pump out as many babies as possible to keep Kanye West with her.
Sadly for Kim Kardashian all the evidence points to Kate Middleton already being pregnant. Firstly there is the fact that Prince William has made it clear on more than one occasion that he and Kate are anxious for a second child and that we should expect a baby number two announcement this summer. Secondly there is Kate’s appearance and lose-fitting clothing that lately points to a second pregnancy. Thirdly there is Jessica Hay who is confirming the Duchess of Cambridge pregnant right now and Jessica has the distinction of being correct about Kate Middleton’s first pregnancy with Prince George. For a fourth point we have several British bookmakers suspending betting on whether or not there will be an announcement of Kate’s pregnancy by the Palace shortly.
As it were, Kim and Kate were both scheduled to give birth in July 2013, even though Kim gave birth in June to North West and Kate gave birth to Prince George in July. But even her premature delivery in June won’t stop Kim from trying again, and sources state that Kim wants a boy this time. Kate and Prince William, on the other hand, desperately want a girl and are willing to try as many times as possible to give birth to a baby daughter. Of course, they can afford to have as many children as they want, in contrast to many other families in the UK.
It is quite funny that in divergence to all of her hard work and famewhoring, the person that Kate is most often compared to is Kim Kardashian. Reality star/famewhore = royal/famewhore? To be fair, Kate is not even close to Kim’s level on the famewhore ladder, even though she and Kim share the same amount of spotlight for their respective pregnancies. In the end, Kate getting pregnant again will dominate headlines when it eventually happens, and all Kim can do is try her best to stake a foothold in the reality star/famewhore pregnancy department.
