“The Bold and The Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers for 2016 indicate that babies will be a big source of controversy in the New Year. There will be much drama surrounding Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) and Nicole Avant’s (Reign Edwards) growing baby bumps.
First, of course we all know Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is not Caroline’s baby daddy because of that pesky Parisian vasectomy. So far, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) seems to be one of the few in on this secret, but Brooke likely won’t spill intentionally.
What’s more likely is that someone will overhear Caroline and Ridge chatting about Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fode) being the baby daddy and will be overheard. But who will overhear and how will the secret come out? We’ll know in early 2106 according to B&B spoilers.
Also causing issues is Nicole’s pregnancy. Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) and Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) have perhaps asked too much of Nicole with this baby giveaway. If Zende Forrester (Rome Flynn) ditches her over the baby mama drama, conflict will heighten.
Julius Avant (Obba Babatunde) already doesn’t like this and, in 2016, expect him to be more outspoken as the pregnancy progresses. Will Julius advise her to keep the baby since it’s biologically Nicole’s? Will Nicole’s heartbreak lead her to someone else, perhaps Rick?
Also could pregnancy complications make it a tougher decision for Nicole to surrender the baby to Maya? Also playing into this mix is new gal in town Sasha (Felisha Cooper) from back home who shows up then decides she wants all the things Nicole has in this sparkly new life.
Look for Sasha to engage in blackmail hijinks in the New Year – but who does she have dirt on? Is it Maya or Julius? Also plotting in early 2016 is Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) who has had enough of Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) chasing Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer).
Quinn wants Wyatt with Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and is ready to unleash all her scheming capabilities to make it happen. Quinn may even team up with Wyatt’s nemesis Thomas even if it means heartbreak for Wyatt’s brother Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).
The good news for Quinn is that Steffy is making her meddling easier by shoving a wedge into her relationship with Liam by continuing to antagonize Ivy. Restraining order aside, it’s clear that Steffy and Ivy remain on a collision course that will follow them into 2016.
But will Steffy continue to look like the villain? Will Liam take back the ring after they ring in the New Year? And does Quinn want Steffy with her son Wyatt because she sees so much of herself in Steffy? Kind of a creepy notion, right?
