Amal Alamuddin might want to push back her baby plans for at least another year. There’s a new report that says George Clooney has signed on for a new Hollywood project. The Hollywood star wants to make a movie about Syria’s White Helmets, leaving Amal completely crushed. Sources say that the international human rights lawyer was hoping to finally start a family with her husband in 2017.
Yet, George has other plans in mind. He is hoping to make a fictional film about Syria’s first responders. The White Helmets are volunteers who act as the Syria Civil Defense in the war-torn country.
Insiders say that George is hoping that the new film project might put him in the Oscar race for the next year. The last time George Clooney won an Oscar was back in 2006 for Best Supporting Actor in the film, ‘Syriana.’
Now that George is going to be working on the film, sources say that he’ll be spending less time with his wife Amal and more time on location. And this isn’t going to help his situation at home at all. Reports indicate that Amal and George have been going through a rough patch in their marriage.
Even though they’ve been married for two years now, they still can’t agree on their future plans together. Amal wants a baby, but sources say that George feels like he isn’t ready for fatherhood yet. Instead, he wants to focus on his career and hopefully when another Oscar in the near future.
But now that George Clooney is focused on his new project, Amal Alamuddin is worried that she’ll never get pregnant. One of the reasons why Amal isn’t pregnant yet is because she and George are never in the same place at the same time. Amal was hoping to settle in New York City, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen anytime soon.
