Tonight on ABC the remaining five celebrities will will take the competition to the next level as they head to the semi-finals of “Dancing with the Stars.” On tonight’s episode Ginger Zee & her professional dance partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy hit the dance floor and danced a Quickstep routine to “Fire Under My Feet” by Leona Lewis. On tonight’s episode each celebrity will perform a contemporary, quickstep, Argentine tango, Charleston, jive, samba or Paso Doblé. There will be a double elimination, based on last week’s combined judges’ scores and viewer votes, determining the final three couples who will go on to the finals to vie for the mirrorball.
Judges comments on Ginger’s DWTS Week 9 Quickstep: Bruno: “This was a double whammy, it was superb. Tonight was sensational, you put so much into it. In fact, everyone deserves to be in the final.” Carrie Ann: “It was elegant, it was all going so well and then there was a catch in the dress, I have to call it – there was a little bit of a boo boo.” Len: “You see what you see. There is no I in Team, there is an I in Ginger and there is an I in fantastic.”
