Joe Giudice is preparing to begin his prison sentence and enter the Fort Dix low security federal prison on March 23. Is Teresa Giudice going to file for divorce while Juicy Joe serves years in prison and then faces deportation his native Italy upon release? Is The Real Housewives of New Jersey star planning on ending her sham of a marriage to Joe?
Teresa may have had Joe’s support, when he wasn’t cheating, during her 11-month stint at Danbury Federal Correctional Institute, but will Joe have Teresa’s while he serves his nearly three year sentence?
This prison isn’t the country club-like facility where Teresa did her time. Fort Dix, while not maximum security, does house violent criminals. A former inmate spoke with Star magazine and revealed the conditions under which Joe will live.
Joe won’t have a private room nor will he even share a cell with only one other inmate. The father of four will sleep “in a bunk with up to 12 other people,” the source revealed. Not only that, Joe will be required to answer to a head count five times a day. Will this change Joe for better or worse?
Teresa has reportedly promised to visit Joe once a week at Fort Dix, but the facility is about 90 minutes from the couple’s home in Montville, New Jersey. Teresa has a tour for her new book “Turning the Tables” and filming of the new season of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” is underway.
Will she have the time or desire to visit Joe?
Fort Dix is not the most comfortable correctional facility to visit. The source reports that not only does the place reek of urine, but because of its proximity to the Air Force base the prison smells of jet fuel as well.
To make matters even worse, the federal system does not allow conjugal visits. That’s got to take a toll on a marriage!
What is Teresa Giudice going to do? Does she wait it out and see if Joe Giudice comes home a changed man? Joe has been caught cheating on Teresa and has lied to her during their entire marriage. The smart thing to do is dump Joe and protect whatever assets Teresa may have left or may earn according to many of Teresa’s fans.
Joe will have no choice but to sober up while serving time. He won’t be able to chug down a couple of bottles of wine every night. Of course if you have money, both drugs and booze are available throughout the prison system, especially in a low-security facility.
Joe can take free college classes and get a degree. The question is will Joe take advantage of the opportunity to change his life?
How much more will Teresa Giudice put up with from Joe Giudice? Can their marriage survive or does Teresa already have plans underway to divorce Joe?
