“The Bold and the Beautiful” (B&B) spoilers for this week’s episodes of Monday, May 9, to Friday, May 13, reveal infighting over a woman and a baby. Quinn is back for more, new alliances form, a kidnapping, and a plot to take over a family business all erupt.
Now that Katie Logan (Heather Tom) forced Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) to come clean to his son, things will get ugly. Ridge plays things badly because he’s a jerk and essentially tells Thomas Forrester (Pierson Fodé) that he can’t be a father to Douglas because of the shady way he was created.
Ridge tries to leverage Thomas’ guilt over Caroline Spencer’s (Linsey Godfrey) addled state when she got pregnant and then completely tramples Thomas’ rights as a father by telling him he will never parent his son. Ridge sure can’t read a room because he made the wrong play.
Thomas says he will be a father and that’s his kid and storms out. Ridge, meanwhile, can’t wait to blame this on Katie, even though he’s the architect of this mess. Ridge rages at Katie and says some upsetting things and again misplays things and ticks Katie off in a big way.
Ridge’s antics will come back to bite him very soon – and on two different fronts – at work and home. A frustrated and angry Thomas takes Douglas and runs off with his son after Ridge made it clear he won’t willingly allow him to participate in raising the child.
Caroline is somewhat glad that Katie knows because now she has someone to talk to about all this trouble. Katie encourages her to make things right with Thomas and smooth the waters. Caroline will want to have Thomas in his son’s life because she knows he loves Douglas.
Ridge, however, doesn’t want that at all. Caroline is ready to let Thomas co-parent but then is horrified to discover that Douglas is missing and it won’t be long until she figures out Ridge’s stubborn insistence on lying has ripped their little family apart.
Katie is angry after Ridge tried to make her the villain in his horrible plan gone awry and decides to team up with Rick Forrester (Jacob Young) who is eager to oust his brother from the CEO chair. Now that the Douglas secret is coming out, Eric Forrester (John McCook) may turn on Ridge.
Ridge is worried that Rick’s plan might work – and he should be. Could Ridge end up losing Douglas, Caroline and Forrester Creations? Caroline wanted to be honest from the start and now Ridge has ruined everything and her son is gone.
Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) gives Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline M Woods) some marital advice. He tells her to put Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) first since that’s her husband – and if it’s not Wyatt she wants, he tells her to make a choice and stick with it.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) makes it clear that he’s not backing down on winning Steffy back and asks her to leave Wyatt who is infuriated that his brother is disrespecting his marriage. Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) can’t get Liam off her mind and does something drastic.
Quinn goes to Steffy to try and get help to get back with Liam. Quinn really does love Liam and pleads with Steffy for help. Steffy is absolutely horrified to have a visit from Quinn knowing everything she did to and did WITH Liam.
Nicole Avant’s (Reign Edwards) family has to deal with the Sasha Thompson (Felisha Cooper) secret coming out while prepping for Nicole’s delivery which is coming soon. Sasha will prove to be a major obstacle to Nicole reuniting with Zende Forrester (Rome Flynn) when she breaks big news.
