Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for fall 2017 tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) is not the only dead character to be resurrected. It has been revealed that there is at least one more person that will turn out to be alive. So, who could it be? Is it EJ DiMera (James Scott) or Bo Brady (Peter Reckell?)
There has been a lot of speculation and clues hinting EJ’s return. He is also a missed character. With Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) coming back and Will’s appearance, EJ showing up would be an epic family reunion. However, there is a possibility that another dead Salemite might be resurrected. One person that is just as popular and someone fans still talk about a lot.
That individual is Bo Brady, the love of Hope Brady’s (Kristian Alfonso) life. Not only do fans miss Bo, but his name is repeatedly brought up, even after his tragic death. As much as everyone adores EJ, he has barely been mentioned on the soap opera.
Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm the return of Dr. Rolf (William Utay.) He worked for the DiMera family, primarily for Stefano (Joseph Mascolo.) Those that remember him may recall he was able to cheat death himself. After Dr. Rolf died, he was brought back later and simply told Stefano that the death “didn’t stick.”
Even though Dr. Rolf could resurrect several different people, it would be a great story if Bo Brady would come back. Preferably before Hope marries Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering.) Rafe is a great guy, but there just doesn’t seem to be much of a love connection with “Rope.” Plus, Hope’s heart still belongs to Bo. It is the reason she didn’t say yes to Rafe’s first marriage proposal. It is likely why the romance will continue to have some tension.
Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Rafe wants to set a wedding date and get married right away. However, Hope doesn’t feel the same way. She even resists setting a wedding date. With Bo’s ex-wife, Billie Reed (Lisa Rinna) returning, could this all be tied together? Is it possible that Dr. Rolf and Billie have been working together to bring back Bo?
Remember, Billie was not only married to Bo at one time, but also lived in the DiMera mansion. Her history proves that she can be devious, deceptive and has done some outrageous things. Even though last time she was seen, Billie was moving on with her life, a lot of years has gone by.
With Hope moving on, Bo being brought back from the dead might give Billie another chance with him. At least, it will in her twisted mind. However, Bo’s heart has always belonged to Hope. So, what if he ends up running away from being held hostage by Billie, goes to Salem to find his one true love and Billie follows him?
It would certainly tie in all the returns. Ron Carlivati has explained that killing Will was a big mistake and he wants to fix that. Perhaps he is hearing “Bope” fans and intends on fixing that fatal mistake, too.
