The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers for Thursday, August 24, tease that Sally (Courtney Hope) will feel better about Spectra’s future. The preview went well with the exception of that small electrical fire. Sally’s designs were a hit, so she’ll believe the sky’s the limit for their company. She’ll insist that Spectra Fashions is here to stay.
Meanwhile, Liam’s (Scott Clifton) updates could give Bill (Don Diamont) a devious idea. Once Bill hears about the electrical fire, he’ll gripe that Spectra constantly avoids disaster. Bill will think there must be a way to take Spectra down once and for all. B&B buzz suggests that Bill has a much bigger blaze in mind for the Spectra building. Sally’s dreams could go up in flames!
For now, Bill will make empty promises. He’ll tell Liam he’s going to back off and let Sally do her thing, but we all know he won’t. At Forrester Creations, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will have a chat with Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer). They’ll debate whether Sally has a shot at victory without Thomas (Pierson Fode).
Steffy will contend that she’s not going to slam Sally for wanting a successful business. She’ll just want Sally to do it on her own without resorting to criminal behavior. If Sally can accomplish that, Steffy will be impressed. However, she’ll believe it when she sees it. Steffy clearly doesn’t have much faith in Sally’s abilities.
Brooke and Ivy will wonder why Thomas would bail on Sally when everything’s on the line. They’ll grill Steffy about Thomas’ decision to leave, but she’ll undoubtedly hide the truth. Steffy can’t exactly spread the news that Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) is lying about her impending death.
Other Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say Liam will fill Steffy in on Sally’s fantastic preview. He’ll point out that this collection will either save Sally’s company or sink it. Spectra Fashions obviously has a lot at stake. Will Bill’s ruthless behavior cost Sally her big chance? Could his plan backfire in a way he didn’t expect?
