Guy Richie stepped out for dinner with wife Madonna in Cannes last night.  The 49-year-old music legend wore a pair of tight over the knee boots, and matching leather fingerless gloves to dine with Guy, 39, at restaurant Felix.

Madonna locked lips with one of her female backing dancers during a private concert in the French capital, just like she did with Britney Spears at the MTV Awards more than five years ago.   Seems to be a desperate attempt for publicity on her part.

 Billboard is reporting that Madonna’s album sales continue to decline in the US and say that her new album, Hard Candy, is now projected to only sell between 200,000 and 225,000 copies in its opening week.
