Nicole Richie has stepped down as host of a Las Vegas New Year’s Eve party following her arrest on DUI charges last week. She was set to host the party at Tangerine night club, but she’ll be replaced by rocker Dave Navarro. Steve Davidovici, of Pure Management Group, who run the club, says, “We love Nicole and we wish her the best. We hope to bring her back in the future.” source
