Ashlee Simpson insists she is in no rush to settle down and has rubbished rumours she is dating Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz.
Asked if there was any romance between her and the rocker, Ashlee told Bliss magazine: “On no – we’re just friends. “He’s awesome, a very cool guy, He’s a sweetheart. But I’m enjoying the single life right now and enjoying having some ‘me’ time.”
She added: “I love guys that play guitar. Every girl does. But I also like guys who have a great sense of humour and don’t take themselves too seriously.”
Ashlee also laughed off Nick Carter’s claims that he cheated on his girlfriend Paris Hilton with her last year. “I just find that all so funny. It gave me a good laugh.”
