Britney Spears? attorney filed a motion to change the singer?s twice-weekly random drug testing at a hearing for her ongoing custody battle October 26 in L.A. Superior Court, according to court papers released Tuesday.According to the papers, her attorney had filed the request before, but Federline?s attorney opposed it October 25.
At their hearing Friday, Spears? attorney filed another request to terminate or modify the court order.
A judge has yet to issue a ruling.
