For the first time since the hearings in his custody battle with ex-wife Britney Spears began, Kevin “K-Fed” Federline appeared in court today to give sworn testimony.
At 1:46 pm PST, L.A. County Commissioner Scott M. Gordon swore in Kevin, who was dressed in a snappy blue suit, white dress shirt, with a black eyepatch over his right eye (!!??), black sunglasses, black leather shoes, and close-cropped hair
Raising his right hand before the judge and hushed courtroom, Kevin – when asked if he promised to testify truthfully – said, “I do.”
It was a far cry from his wedding ceremony with Britney, when he’d said those same words.
Moments later, his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told the judge he’d like to make a motion to have the courtroom closed for Kevin’s testimony. Gordon ordered the courtroom closed, at 1:47 pm PST? Source
