I like her scarf, but she looks so old! Her face looks so stressed out and tired! I guess she does the best she can because without makeup she has holes and scars all over her face.

I think it is just that her hair is so dark, (fake?) that it looks harsh against her skin and makes her look older. She needs something softer OR get some heavy gold highlights on it.
