How’s life in the modeling circle coming?? This week I’m sending out all my love to Annemarie?& Robyn owners of celedirtylaundry.com and their readers.? My work is really keeping me busy and have difficulties finding time for it all. ?It seems the closer we get to the end of 2007, more work is coming in. Which is good for us all !
As a professional model, its constant improvement and investments on yourself. We all have our own fix of what turns us on.? But there are couple of things we all can do to look and feel better. Have a daily healthy diet. I begin my morning with Corn Flakes, fiber bread and juice. I put a regular workout 4-5 times a week, when I’m not to busy with jobs.
Good set of food/meals throughout the day and a lot of water. I need water a lot because when I drink alcohol I’m like a fish in the water. haha…Between my working hours and lunch breaks I bring some good read/books to entertain my brain cells from dying out of too much fashion.? As much as I love my work. I also trying to step away from it.? For example, I’m a model myself and director for several International female & male models worldwide.
Howeverm? I never really hang out with models that much.? Its not because i don’t like them. We just share different views about things in life, and I’m sure not the only one.? Investing in yourself doesn’t necessary cost a lot of money. It could be go out and hang with friends for a day by the park or night clubs like I do.?? But every time you put yourself out there, try to make sure it will lead to something concrete.? Why waste your time for things that wont lead anywhere.? I know many people/friends just going out partying or doing other things for no reason. I think whatever you do. Try to have fun and mix that fun with business.?
Business and pleasure ! That’s investing in yourself without any cost. And in the end, its all Business. Then of course you have the investments that will cost a bit, like Spa treatments, fitness, good food, nice clothes, traveling etc.? All these small factors are very important for your success as well and how other people/clients will perceive you in the business. feeling content and happy with yourself at current position is more important then anything.? I’m not going to be dragging about this today. I’m sure you all know what I meant. This was just a friendly reminder to us all. To keep investing in ourself and others, and then wait for our return of what we have invested ;)
