Paris Hilton Appeals

Paris Hilton’s lawyer has filed a notice with the court, vowing to appeal her 45-day jail sentence. The notice is a formality that lawyers are required to file before lodging the appeal. It does not give the grounds for the appeal, but Hilton’s lawyers must essentially prove that the trial judge abused his discretion by imposing the sentence. source

Whatever this dumbass is going to jail…. it’s good to see she is finally getting what she deserves. What moron doesn’t know not to drive when your license is suspended. Plus, lets not forget she was driving drunk in the first place!

Isn’t it ironic that Paris Hilton brought out one of her dogs from ‘hiding’. She will be a prisoner like her animals. Maybe, she will learn how it is to be cooped all day and only allowed out after an extended period of time!

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 7, 2007 — Innovative Spotlight, Inc.,
Monthlytshirt.com, has just launched its newest monthlyT-shirt
entitled, “Free Paris.” This site provides individuals with a monthly
subscription to pop culture inspired T-shirts. The unique tees
highlight some of the most talked about topics in Hollywood.

The newest T-shirt for the month highlights the recent attention Paris
Hilton has received in the media regarding her recent run in with the
law. “We want to provide humorous and creative images on our T-shirts,”
said Jeana Bobich, President of Innovative Spotlight Inc. “Subscribers
to our club are the same people who read People magazine. They enjoy
pop culture and now they can wear it.”

Subscribers to our club are the same people who read People magazine.
They enjoy pop culture and now they can wear it.
Aprils tongue in cheek T-shirt of the Month reflected on upon one of
the most talked about American Idol hopefuls, Sanjaya Malakar. Other
popular T-shirt topics have included a “lost” panties t-shirt which
depicted the young women in Hollywood who had “lost” their panties. The
t-shirts make a bold statement about what is hot and happening in pop
    culture.

Subscribing to Monthly T-Shirt is like having a subscription to a hip
magazine, but instead of receiving a magazine, the subscriber receives
a unique T-shirt at their doorstep once a month. The T-shirts are a
conversation piece as well as a part of pop culture history.

The petition is a joke. Normal people who drink and drive or violate their probation go to jail. Why should she be any different? Buck up, do the time, and be thankful it’s only 45 days!

Paris Hilton deserves to serve her time. She didn’t enrole in the alcohol program; she drove on an expired license; she showed up late for her court date. She has no respect for the laws – thinks she is above them. Maybe time in jail will be the wake up call this spoiled brat needs.

oh, puleeze. you r nothing but a spoiled brat, get over yourself and grow up, already!

what makes you think you r above the law??? and what if you would’ve hurt or killed someone???
would you try paying your way out of that too????

I hope you enjoy your life in the slammer. welcome to the real world, darling!

  5. A mom of normal youth in Charlotte says:

This certainly has to be a joke. She is nothing but a spoiled rich kid with limited intelligence and little common sense. She has no sense of responsibility. It was only pure luck (like being born into a rich family) that she didn’t kill anyone when she WAS driving drunk. If the youth of America look up to her, we are doomed and I am picking another country to live in. If she REALLY wanted to be a role model instead of a party girl who is constantly linked to sex & drugs, she would own up to her mistakes and handle it like an adult. It would be nice if her parents did not try and bail her out of her problems and let her at least act like a responsible adult.
