Does Britney have a new boyfriend?  Britney Spears emerged from a Los Angeles restaurant with a mystery  HOT HOT HOT man, raising questions about whether she is dating again.   Britney looked jaded and tired as she left the luxurious Sur eatery, before getting into a car with her hot companion.  The pair were photographed covering their faces as they left in a stylish Porsche as Britney sipped on bottled water.   Good for Britney, it is all up hill after K-Fed and Adnan Ghalib.
