And the Winner Of Today’s FUGLY Award Is?

Lady GaGa’s latest photo shoot her most outrageous to date in V Magazine shot by Mario Testino does not appeal to me.  She ends up looking like the FUGLY skank she is.  She tries so hard to be eccentric and she ends up looking pathetic!
