Heidi & Spencer always known for their antics and this one is really funny dresses as Jon & Kate. Spencer with his "Ed Hardy" shirt and extra padding really captures Jon & Heidi is good as Kate as well. I am sure they are the first of many who will be donning a Jon & Kate costume this Halloween.
