Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter Kelly Osbourne looks fabulous at the 62nd Annual Emmy Awards. Kelly has recently gone blonde for her first major film role as a groupie in the comedy Should Have Been Romeo. I have to say the color looks great on her. What do you think?
