Check out the lousy work some of these dudes have had done and you will agree that they would go back in time if they could.   Of course the aging process is not arrested by plastic surgery but still there are men who keep their basic look as they age apparently without massive intervention from the plastic surgeon, like Clint Eastwood, but then there are others who just seem to go crazy with the idea of surgical intervention, like Mickey Rourke, and wind up with questionable results – and we are being mighty generous using the word "questionable."
