Paul Petersen had filed a petition to to have someone watch over the children’s money since Octomom was striking all sorts of deals. But yesterday according to TMZ a California appeals court ruled in her favor, vacated the previous order, and called the whole thing an "unprecedented, meritless effort by a stranger."
So Octomon Nadya Suleman can now profit off her children without interference from the courts or anyone else. Paul Petersen who filed the petition runs a company called "Minor Consideration" that is concerned with the welfare with child celebrities.
