Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed on his Twitter page that he has instructed his representatives at the Creative Artists Agency to find him a big screen comeback role.
“Exciting news. My friends at CAA have been asking me for 7 years when they can take offers seriously. Gave them the green light today,” he wrote.
Schwarzenegger left acting in 2003 after becoming Governor of California. Or put another way – he changed his role and took a big pay cut. His last major role was in Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines, although he made cameo appearances in Around The World In 80 Days, Welcome To The Jungle and The Expendables.
Arnold has recently been linked to a movie titled With Wings As Eagles. This sappy yarn features a ‘good guy’ older German soldier who disobeys an order to kill children during World War II. Did we think Arnie was going to play a hard-core Nazi?
