Charlie Sheen,45, was practicing a scene on the set of ‘Major League’ when he hurt himself. Poor Charlie ruptured a nerve in his elbow while practicing for a fourth movie in the ‘Major League’ baseball film series. It all went down at at Chase Fields – home of the Arizona Diamondback.
The movie had to be halted on Sunday August 14th, 2011 because with the injury Charlie found it difficult to hold a baseball bat. Charlie is recovering at his home.
Meanwhile, Charlie who will be roasted on Comedy Central August 19th said he was looking forward to the event. “It’s not like you can take any of it personally. ‘They insulted me!’ Get over your cheap self … It’s a celebration of who I am … as a media figure, an industry figure, stuff like that, so that’s the veneer that keeps it from being personal.”
The show will air the same night as ‘Two and a Half Men’ premieres. Where will you be that night? Watching Charlie get roasted or watching him get killed off on Two and A Half Men?
