When Charlie Sheen got canned from Two And A Half Men, he said that he wished to have a public trial. Charlie is suing Warner Brothers over his termination from the show for a whopping $100,000,000.
He claimed that the reason behind his request was because the judges who preside over arbitrations do a lot of business with Warner Brothers and it wouldn’t seem to favor an outcome for his side.
Now, we’ve learned that Charlie has been dealt his first blow in the case, losing out on his request. A judge has just ruled that Charlie’s case will not be a public spectacle. A rep for Warner Brothers said, “We’re very gratified by the court’s ruling enforcing the parties’ arbitration agreement.”
Do you think that the judges would try to pull something shady because they deal with WB? I think they have a sworn duty to listen to all of the facts in the case and determine a ruling based on all of the evidence. Charlie seems like he just wants to hang them out to dry.
I’m going to fathom a guess that he gets something from this trial, but not the hundred million dollars he’s looking for. What do you think?
