Tyra Banks is tired of looking plump and misses the old days when her figure was the envy of all. Now that she is older and a businesswoman instead of a hot young model its much harder to maintain her once world-famous figure.
So Tyra went on an extreme diet combined with lots of exercise – perhaps she threw in some HGH and steroids as well? From looking chubby in Mexico a little over a month ago Tyra appeared at an awards do in Hollywood looking a fraction of her former size.
According to a source, Tyra’s weight dropped from 170 to 144 due to a ‘hardcore’ low-carb diet and punishing fitness regimen.
‘Tara did 30 minutes of high intensity cardio – running, circuit training and spinning – and weights every day,’ reveals the source.
‘She also mixed in yoga, Pilates and boxing.’ ‘Watching TV in the evening, she’d do 20 push-ups, 50 crunches and maybe some squats.’ ‘By early August her measurements were about 38-26-39 – perfect for her frame.’
We don’t think that losing 24 pounds in 2 months is reasonable for Tyra just based on diet and exercise – there was probably some steroids and HGH in the mix.
