Demi Lovato is speaking out for the first time since entering rehab — to thank her fans for their support.
She was admitted into rehab after quitting the Jonas Brothers tour in October. Afterward, it was said that she was in treatment for physical and emotional issues. Since she has settled an assault dispute with backup dancer Alex Welch.
Now, she’s thanking her multitudes of fans for standing by her during this rough time. On her Facebook page, she said, “I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”
I hope she comes back out swingin’! (Not literally.)
