Courteney was recently spotted wearing a hot bikini while in Hawaii doing some filming, leading to the speculation that she had some work done. A pal of Courteney’s said, “Courteney wants her body in tip-top shape as she starts looking for a boyfriend. She is giving herself a post-marriage makeover — and is looking sexier than ever.”
The friend went on to reveal that the TV actress has been working out and eating healthier. The pal said, “Jennifer Aniston hooked her up with her yoga instructor Mandy Ingber, and helped Courteney devise a low-fat, high-protein diet. Jen is even giving Courteney tips on how to navigate the dating world. It’s been well over a decade since Courteney was on the market. She’s nervous, but she’s embracing single life.”
The friend said that Courteney is playing shy about the rumored boob job. She added, “Courteney is playing coy about the boobs. She’s isn’t opposed to a few nips and tucks to make her look more youthful.”
