Estella Warren, actress and former Maxim hottest woman, is currently facing four misdemeanor charges for her bizzare-o actions that led to her May 23rd arrest in L.A. Allegedly (which, in Hollywood terms, means it’s only a matter of time before it will come out as fact), Warren was intoxicated at the time of her arrest.
The actress has racked up a pretty healthy list of charges, which include: DUI, hit-and-run, battery on a police officer, and resisting a police officer. People Magazine also reports that the actress [allegedly allegedly allegedly] refused to submit to a chemical test.
Warren is scheduled for arraignment in the coming week and could possibly face up to 6 months in jail — which of course will probably translate into a few weeks locked up in her townhouse (oh, heeeey, Lindsay!) with an icy cold beverage in hand.
