Mariah Yeater claims that Justin Bieber is the father of her 3-month-old son, Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater, and for this she wants to get paid. Now a high-profile Chicago attorney, Jeffery Leving, tells The Dr. Drew Show that Yeater’s legal team is hoping Justin settles her paternity claims out of court. The only way that is happening if Justin ‘fails’ the DNA test scheduled a couple of weeks from now. If Justin is not the father he’d be nuts to give into this apparent blackmail.
Radar Online reports: Yeater’s team hoped to settle the case “outside of court,” said Jeffery Leving, a lawyer known for his work as an activist for father’s rights in divorce and custody cases.
