Contrary to previous reports, Lindsay Lohan will get a continuance in court Today so she can have more time to mull over the Judge Schwartz offer, which definitely involves jail time.
As reported earlier, no deal was struck Wednesday during a meeting in chambers with Judge Keith Schwartz, Lindsay’s Lawyer Shawn Holley and Prosecutor Danette Meyers.
Judge Schwartz had made it clear previously that if Lindsay didn’t cop a plea Thursday morning he’d send the case out to a trial judge.
Now we’ve learned that the judge is intending to allow Lindsay more time to think about his offer before sending the case to trial, which could place Lindsay behind bars immediately for probation violations.
If Lindsay is actually thinking about accepting Judge Schwartz’ offer then she must be pretty scared because she has been adamant up to this point that she will not accept any offer that makes her go back to jail.
