Last night on The X Factor judges, L.A. Reid, Nicole Scherzinger, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell brought us the usual “you look great”, “you are unique” and “you are a real star” bunch of sugar coated comments. But when it came down to it, there was some very talented kids in the top 11, did you see last nights show, we have the recap and performance videos HERE. Astro is without exaggerating, humongously talented. This kid re-wrote a song by one of the most famous rappers in the whole world and slammed it! There are so many bad rappers out there and ridiculously, they still make money! I can’t even imagine what the future will hold for Astro, the sky is the limit.
What I love about X Factor, is that they have pure raw talent unlike American Idol.
Sadly and it pains me to say it, I think Stereo Hoggz and Drew have a good chance at leaving tonight and not because they are not talented. Drew has a beautiful voice but it is the same old stuff, week after week, if she has any chance of staying tonight, Simon Cowell needs to step up his game with her. Now Stereo Hoggz is a fantastic group, but look who they have for a mentor, Paula Abdul! If they had L.A. Reid, they would be on the top of the leader board with Astro.
Now let’s talk about who deserves to go home; two people are on my list, Lakota Rayne because they are just so dumb and untalented, and Josh Krajcik for his lame impression of Joe Cocker.
