Just when we were all getting that annoying Friday song out of our heads, CelebDirtyLaundry has learned that Rebecca Black is gearing up to release her second single on July 18th! No, this one won’t be called Saturday, either.
The new song is titled, My Moment. For a 13-year-old, perhaps Saturday may have been more fitting as a follow-up single. Still, she’s set to release My Moment on her official Youtube channel, as well as her website. The song will also be available for purchase on July 19th.
The video shows footage of Rebecca’s real life, in addition to her last day at junior high school. In the video, she also documents her rise to fame. She shows her attendance at movie premieres and her hosting job for MTV’s Online Music Awards.
Yes, this young teenager was catapulted to instant fame because of one song. That song sucked and it was bashed on the internet all over the world. So, technically, Rebecca isn’t famous, she’s infamous. But, she is still young and has plenty of time to improve upon her singing “talent”.
