The Bachelorette Ashley Hebert believes that southern Thailand will be the perfect place to start over and move forward in her search of her fairy tale ending, as she begins her round-the-world journey with the 12 hopeful men. Review:
One of the best ways to help mend a broken heart is to help other people, so Ashley takes 10 of the bachelors to help her in the renovation of Baan San Fan orphanage for children who lost their parents in the 2004 tsunami.
Ashley also explores some sea caves off the coast of Thailand with Ames, as she attempts to dive a little deeper into their relationship. Will a cancelled first date with Constantine make it more exciting and romantic between them? The game has changed for Ashley, she is still broken up about Bentley and needs to be positive this time that these guys are really here for her. The episode will not be without drama, two men face off as nerves are coming apart at the threads.

When everyone arrives at the Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa in southern Thailand, Constantine gets the first individual date. Both he and Ashley are looking forward to an adventure on the seas, but choppy surf and high winds force them to cancel the date – which actually works out well. The two head into town to shop and sight-see. Constantine tries to take some of Ashley’s hurt away – but she is looking for romantic connection. Will he make it past Thailand? Yes, he gets his rose and will be around for a while longer.
In an effort to see another side of her bachelors, Ashley takes 10 of her men on a group date to Baan San Fan orphanage, which houses some of the for children who lost their parents in the 2004 tsunami. The guys quickly take up renovating, painting and decorating the place for the children, Ben even paints a mural. J.P. concentrates on the work, but he has other romantic things on his mind.
At the after party,one bachelor demands more of Ashley’s time and J.P. makes a move. J.P. is already deeply and emotionally into Ashley and is defending what he believes will eventually be his and he will definitely be around for a long time. Sorry J.P., Ben F. gets the group date rose.
Ashely finally does get to take to the sea with Ames, kayaking through the sea caves, Ames surprises her with his charm and wit which wins him a rose.
The Rose Ceremony is dramatic! Ashley, still filled with emotion because of Bentley, expresses her apprehension about whether the bachelors are really there for her.
Blake confronts Ryan P. about the fact that he is annoying every other man in the house.
Only 11 men remain after the Rose Ceremony after West goes home without a rose.
