Everyone is waiting for Lindsay Lohan’s first big interview since leaving rehab in January and this week we will get her story as she has a sit-down chat with Extra.
Lohan chats with Extra‘s Jerry Penacoli about all of her recent woes, from being in treatment to the possibility of going to jail thanks to grand theft felony charges she was slapped with recently after allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace. The interview will take place inside Lohan’s house, and in an excerpt from the video, Lohan is seen with long blonde hair and a shoulder-baring top.
Just this week Lohan was told by Judge Schwartz that any plea deal would result in jail time, and speculation has it that if Lohan did indeed try to plea bargain, she’d wind up in jail for six months. Should she decide to stand trial, she could potentially beat the charges.This latest drama in the life of Lindsay all started on January 22 when Lindsay allegedly walked out of Kamofie & Company, a Venice jewelry store, with a $2500 necklace. Lindsay was caught on surveillance tape trying on the necklace and leaving the store with her group of friends.
Lindsay claims that she is not guilty of the felony grand theft charges. She claims that she was loaned the necklace by the storeowner for publicity purposes. Then why would the store tell the police otherwise?
